I ordered EB4 two days ago and received it yesterday without an aquabus cable

I checked other shops and they all offers EB4 with 6' aquabus cable.

Please clarify this.

Neptune made a packaging mistake. Call them and they'll send you the cable. If you don't get satisfaction from them let me know and I'll see if I can find an extra.
