ok i want the best way to raise kh and many say baking soda. that scares me cause i dont know what kind to get. and once it is up how to keep it there?

Arm & Hammer baking soda will do the job. About $6.50 for 13 pounds at Sams club. Or you can get a 2 pound box at Walmart for a couple bucks. Use the reef calculator to make your initial adjustment then just follow a regular dosing schedule to keep it stable.

I also used to use baking soda, until I started using Kalkwasser. Not sure on your tank size, but in my 55 1tsp of baking soda would raise alk by 1 dkh. As far as maintaining the level, that's more along the lines of 2-part dosing, since I'm assuming your tank isn't JUST using alkalinity. I know BRS has some informative videos on how to dose, and such.

calcium is fine ph is decent need to go get a mag kit to test it

I agree that baking soda is fine for dosing alkalinity. Over the long haul, you might want to consider using a 2-part, like the BRS DIY products or B-Ionic. They make it easy to keep both calcium and alkalinity in line. This calculator will help with a dose for baking soda:
