Well the time has finally come to replace my Sieo M620's. I really like how they have wide flow, but I feel I want more power. After looking at whats out there I picked out tunze due to the reviews of being silent, reliable, and small (something the sieo's lack).

The tank is a 30 gallon, 36x12, however In about a year I want to upgrade it to a 40b but to be able to keep all of the same equipment. The tank itself just houses softies/zoas/shrooms, so flow doesn't have to be crazy. I'm also running bb, so I try to angle the power heads down to help keep debris up for my skimmer/ sock in the fuge to pick up... but its not quite happening at the moment.

I was thinking between a 6025 and 6065 or two 6045's. I would like to be able to point one more to the back of the rock to keep debris from settling there while my other one points more out into the the tank for more general flow.

Any with these/ have used these have suggestions?

Definitely not a 6065. That's a lot of flow. I would do one 6055 or get 2x of the newer 6045s with the knob that allows you to control the flow

Also the 6095 would be awesome. It has a very wide flow that would be perfect for your 40 breeder

I didn't even realize the 6045's had knobs. I was looking on the brs website thinking I'd pick up the pumps and some gfo.

The 6095 does look good, expensive.. but hm.. something to sleep on thinking about that one, lol.

The newer 6045s have the knob.
The 6095 is quite the pump. Same size as a 6055 but with a much wider nozzle. The flow is almost as wide as an mp40, for reference.

I think 6055 or 6095 are the best choice.
