Are These LED's Enough?

I bought the Marineland LED kit 20:

42 White/3 Blue
.11W LEDs

it says 4.62 total watts + 990 total lux

Will these LED work for a FOWLR system?
it will be only soft corals, damsels and clowns (and live rock of course).

the tank is 24" x 12" x 16"

Do i need to upgrade? Money is pretty tight.
any help is apreciated

Wow! My six, one watt LED moonlights put out more light than this fixture. A string of LED Christmas lights puts out more light.

This light is for fish only. It does not have the “power” or correct wavelengths to support any light absorbing organisms…..algaes or corals. So if you truly are FOWLR, than you have a nice white light to dimly light up your tank. Forget any soft corals….they will die.
