Do nassarius snails sting/ bite?

I was watching tv the other day and I think it was an olive snail, but apparently the venom was extremely dangerous. This of course got me paranoid and wondering if the nassarius snails in my tank bite or if they have venom. I'm prob just being paranoid but I like to know what to handle and not to handle in my tank. Thanks!

No they do not. They are a great scavenger of uneaten food. You have to watch out for cone snail too.
