What type of egg sacks are these?

I have been finding these all over my glass, rock, shells etc. I think they are some sort of snail but not really sure. They are white and normally found in clusters. When shining a light on them while on the glass I can see individual little balls inside them. If anyone knows please let me know. Hopefully it is not a bad critter.
