I just received my a bunch of my Apex pieces yesterday, and when I was opening up and inspecting everything, I found my PH probe was covered in white precipitate. Is this normal and anything to be concerned about, or should I return it for a replacement? Picture here below:

I can't view the pic, but I suspect it is just the solution used to keep the tip hydrated.

Yeah, that is what I was guessing as well. It is a white, cloudy looking crystalization that goes all around the probe in a band - right around where the cover stops on the probe, and then up the probe a little ways.
This sounds OK then? Just go ahead and rinse it off and we should be fine? That was kind of my thought, but I figured I should check before using.
Thanks!

It should be OK, assuming the tip did not dry out. Only way to know is to try it.
