Hey Roger,
How's it been going, I hope you're having a good new year. My pump has stopped working. It is <1yr old, I believe I got it at PA. Can I take it apart somehow? I tried to find a way into the pump, but did not want to break the housing. It has run dry a couple of times. I need to order one ASAP as I'm going on a trip next Thursday(2-16-12), so I'll probably have to buy 1 and overnight it, but is this broken one replaceable? I know about airlock, and tried everything possible to fix it.
thanks for all of your help, now and in the past,
Rodney Ott wrod@bellsouth.net

Rodney,

I am very sorry, apparently I didn't get an email notice about every forum post this week. I am out of these pumps at the moment. The pumps are sealed and not serviceable. If it is less than 2 years old I would send it in for replacement, include a copy of your receipt. All of our dealers should have them in stock and we will get more next week.
