Yeah seriously the aqua-scaping is perfect. It has a lot of potential. What type of livestock are you planning? Love the radion btw ;)

I moved from a 60 gallon tall and wide tank. I think it was a marine land. I have a lot of live rock leftover. I am planning on putting some in the sump/refug area too.

As for what i will be adding to this tank. I would love to get a Anemone for my clowns and i still have to catch my Goby to move him over. He is a tricky. I would like to put a few stoneys up top, and i am not really sure what else. A few more fish, maybe a clam and some LPS.

Having the light has really opened up my possibilities. My first goal is to get this thing up and running perfectly. I am having to fix a crack in a divider in my sump. =( 48 hours to cure sucks... the waiting is killing me.

I really like it. Planning on moving to a 60 cube here myself in the next month or so, hope my aquascaping turns out as nice as yours

Thanks mpongrac. My girl and i worked pretty hard on it. My first thought was i was going to drill it and connect it with rods but that did not work out. Drilling takes forever! So we just used puddy, glue and zipties. ZING!

Yeah, I'm thinking when we make the switch to buy some nicer rock to use for a nice show piece. I'm just having a hard time finding a 60 cube, might have to end up ordering one from LFS. Where'd you get yours?

My tank is a Deep Blue and i got it from a LFS. I had a Marine land, but i found out it was leaking so i drained the sucker and took it back. Got this one and i am damn happy about it. Plus this has low iron glass and is super clear looking. =)

Thanks Reef264!

Wow! I have a 60 cube as well and that looks ways better than mine, I just have a rock pile pretty much in the middle of the tank. I couldn't really dp too much with mine though due to corals covering the rocks, so there wasn't a lot of options.

I'd like to see some straight on shots from the front and sides if you dont mind ;-)

I have a Deep Blue as well and love it. I had reservations at first because of the low price and lack of feedback, but I would happily buy another again,

Very nice scape!! Very dynamic.

I just bought the same tank. Your aquascape is very nice. I was wondering what you used for a sump and also how you like your Vortechs.

Love the aquascaping, seriously that looks fantastic. Did you connect the rocks with anything or did they just fit perfectly like that?

I used a apoxy, glue and zip ties to get them to stay together. They sort of fit too though.

Also its my bday and i am 37 today lol. Woot.. ok, i am drunk.. going to bed. Ricordia pics and other pics with my good camera soon. =)

Well things change. This is how it looks now. Lots of new stuff and Frick and Frakk are gone to a buddies house. They kept killing my fish i put in lol.

Lots of caves and stuff and i still dig it. Not as artsy but i think its the jam.

Wow going back and looking at this makes me sad. MY rock work fell at some point lol. I have been fighting a nitrate issue and realized that it was my crushed coral. Never been vacuumed and just has been a nitrate issue. Yesterday i pulled everything out and i have redone everything. I will post some pics later.

This is what happens when you let the Nitrates get nutty and don't do water changes like you should. Everything starts to whither away.
