Is this red slime or cyano? is there a difference. If so how do i get rid of it. It started and i thought it was getting better but now seems to be spreading again. I may try to get some more hermits as i think mine didnt have enough food in the beginning and most died. I have 0 phosphates. I may over feed slightly but params check out okay. I have a 90 gallon tank 29 gallon sump with a refugium. Thanks guys

Water flow is huge for Getting rid of cyano. Also - how old are your bulbs? As bulbs age the color spectrum shifts, and (at least for me) was always when the cyano would start up.

You can suck the cyano off the rocks using a syphon. Then get some more flow on the rocks where it was growing. Try rolling back a bit on your overfeeding while you try to get this under control.
