which frozen foods contain sponge in them? I'm looking for good food source for my angels and moorish Idol.

Look at angel formula. I believe it is designed for feeding these fish.

Hikari Mega Marine Angel and Ocean Nutrition Angelfish Formula are the two full named ones I remember.
I recall that San Fran had a brand of angelfish food as well but cannot recall the name.

you can also look at brightwell aquatics Angelixir. although it isnt food, it is a food soak that contains sponge and is meant for angels, butterflys and moorish idols

You can try out some of the Kent products "JC MARINE" uses. His angels looks to be in excellent shape.

I just recently purchased the Kent Essentials, Kent Zoe, and Kent Zoecon.
I have tank full of angels and I have plenty of the Angel Formula frozens. It just doesnt seem like a lot of the cube is consumed by my fish. Thawed, its shreds up to too many tiny particles. Theres also no telling how much sponge is in there either.
