It looks like its foot is starting to dissolve.

What size tank?
What lights?
What are your current water parameters -- with numbers please, and include salinity/SG
How long has the tank been set up?
How long have you had the anemone?
Where did you purchase it?

If it is upside down, how can that be the mouth? (( unless it is coming through the foot )).

But, at this point, the questions I asked are more important.

I turned it right side up then took the picture.

That badboy is on it's way out I'd say. Pick it up and smell it...that should answer any question.

It's probably still ok if it doesn't smell, but as other have said, might be on its way out. In my experience with a couple of GBTAs, I've never had them do that.
