Cycle tank or good to go?

Getting ready to get back in after not having a display tank for 2years... i have kept all my live rock in a completly full 55 gallon tank circulating and have a 40 plumbed into it with sandbed and a bubble and clown that i have managed to keep alive.... question .... can i just plumb the new 36bow into the system and be ready to go ???????

most likely yes, just test water params, and give it a day or two just to make sure.
