Is there success in breeding?

Also is there a way I can tell which snail layed these eggs?

There Cerith snails eggs. As far as them surviving to adulthood, don't hold your breath. Just consider them to be a snack for everybody.

Unless you can find a way to keep them from being eaten by all the critters in the tank I doubt many, if any, will make it.
