Does anyone have any knowledge of success using Levamisole to treat internal paracites in marine fish? I know it's been found useful to treat AEFW and internal paracites in fresh water fish, but what about marine fish?

It occured to me today that it'a a sheep dewormer... why not fish? I did a Google search and only came up with freshwater fish use. COuld this be more effective that piprizine and other treatments already on the market?

Sure, I've used it for sharks. It was safe at 40 mg/gal or 10mg/l. I didn't know what I was treating at the time, it ended up not being nematodes so it didn't help me.

I've also used it in a reef tank to kill planaria. Fish and all corals survived treatment. The duration was short compared to the sharks.
