Not the best picture but i thought ich was little spots these are big bumps

These are large blisters look like warts or cauliflower , fleshy looking. and how do i establish a hospital tank in a short amount of time

get a 20-30gallon tank with a sponge filter and some pvc pipes or flower pot so they can hide in

So no worry about a cycle ? just mix salt and add the fish?

you can use a bit of the water from your tank but no cycle since its only going to be the fish and pvc pipes...they're won't be any die-offs so no cycle

Most people say to keep a filter sponge in your sump for this reason. The bacteria will colonize on it and provide a filter for the cycle you're still going to see in the QT tank.

You will still need something to break down ammonia and nitrite in the QT tank. If you aren't going to use copper in the QT tank, throw some LR in the QT tank.
