Looking for a new camera body

I have had my Canon 40D for a while now. A co-worker is interested in it and I was thinking $450. I would be keeping my Canon 50mm 1.4 and my Sigma 10-20mm. Any ideas what an ideal camera upgrade would be? I would like to spend no more than $750 on the body and don't mind buying used. I haven't looked in so long I don't even know where to begin.

If you like the 40D style, then the 60D is the logical upgrade point if you ask me.

B&H has a used one for $800.

If you felt like the 40D was too much camera for you, then drop down to the T3i.
