Question on Macro Algae for Refugium

We are finally getting our sump/fuge up and running. I've been trying to find a thread on here explaining the differences between different macro algaes for the refugium. From what I can tell, the two most popular are Caulerpa and Chaeto. Is there drawbacks to either of these? Are there other options?
