I cleaned a tank with vinegar and water and now its all cloudy and doesn't want to come clear
Any thoughts?

Vinegar won't hurt glass. You probably just have a dirty film on it. Once it's dry try wiping it down with a dry cloth.

I agree with Saltydrip. The Vinegar will not cloud the glass. I have cleaned several tanks and eq with Vinegar and had no issues.

The outside of the glass? I would use windex and spray it on a paper towel then whip the glass down, No hands in the tank after that for at least a day
i too recently tried just vinegar and water on my tank helped tank the salt off then when it dried it left a film as well tried twice more then it was back to good ole windex for that perfect shine.

I've read that some paper towel have chemicals on them to make them more absorbent, try just RO/DI water and cotton towels, works great for me.

I just did this with a used tank froM CL... +1 on RODI. I used a mr clean magic eraser (first gen with no chemicals added
