I posted this in the wrong forum before... I think this is the better spot for it.

My Clam keeps tipping over in the sand, is that going to cause issues? I keep flipping him back up, but he consistently ends up knocked over. Is there too much flow?

He has been in the tank for a couple weeks but still hasn't planted his foot yet.

flow, predator, light, or failure to thrive.

I have a crocea that keeps turning away from the flow...too much, I get it, but do these actually bury themselves securely in the sand? Btw, this clam seems okay - still fully extends mantle & looks beautiful....

I think it ended up being the flow. I adjusted my Koralia, and moved the clam back a bit. I will see how he looks when I get home from work today.

If it's a crocea or maxima they prefer to be on rock where they can attach.
