I just wanted to express how pleased I am with Steven's service so far.
I have talked with him on the phone twice since Thursday and he has taken 15 minutes or more both times to understand my next tank set up in order to HAND SELECT rocks that would work great with my tank and intended inhabitants.
Now the long part as I wait for my rock and sand to ship out on Monday. I can't wait to see what the boxes bring!
I will post pictures as I move along.
Based upon multiple reviews I have seen on this company and my own interaction with him, I wanted to let anyone out there looking to add rock or sand to their tanks, this is a first class operation.
