How to get rid of cyano on coral?

I recently bought some corals that have cyano on their skeletons/frag plugs, what is the fastest and easiest way to remove the cyano? I want to make sure I don't introduce the cyano into my tank.

This is a good thread on how to get rid of cyano. I assume you have it in a quarantine tank at the moment because you mentioned you don't want it in your tank; I am assuming display tank.

I am treating my tank right now with Chemi-Clean for a very bad cyano problem. 36 hours in and I have about a 50% reduction. I would think quarantining and treating would be very effective so you dont have to treat the entire tank.
