Hi there,

My tank dimensions are 60x36x30 tall. I currently have 2 X 6105 and 2 X 6205 Streams running in my tank as you can see in my pic:

My SPS colonies are getting bigger now and I want to ensure that my tank has ample flow. I was thinking or replacing my 2 X 6105 with at least 2 X 6205. But I was wondering if you thought 2 X 6305 would be too much flow for my tank?

Ideally I would like to run 2 X 6205 and 2 X 6305. But if you think the 6305's would be too much flow, then I would just run 4 X 6205's.

Many thanks in advance!

They wouldn't be, but the 6205 and 6305 are no longer made, 6155 and coming soon 6255 will be the new models. 6155 would be my suggestion as 6255 will be intended for much bigger tanks and 6155 is just a bit stronger than 6305 was

Thank for the reply Roger. Is there an ETA of when we can expect the 6155's in stores?

6155 has been available since November, they should be in stock.

Any idea what the flow rate of the 6255 will be?

Nothing firm yet but it should be about 6500, and it will be much wider, it will be the Stream 2 what the 6095 is to the Nano Stream.

This is exactly what I needed to know as well. Thanks Roger!
BTW, great tank WayneL333.
