Problem Tunze stream 6101

Hello, need help! I have a Tunze Stream 6101 connected on Tunze multicontroler 7095. Apparently there is are run-dry protection. But once I accidentally left a stream on dry during water changes, it no longer wanted to work. What have I broken? Does the stream? Does the power supply http://www.tunze.com/fileadmin/images/product_database/-info87.1.jpg It seems that the power supply is ok, it is warm and has lights. Also multicontroler.
Where is actually located that run-dry protection?
