Can I directly add cleaned / rinsed dry rock to an already establised tank ?

If you know for sure that it is clean you shouldn't have any issues.

Yes, but it is best to check for phosphates by submerging the rock in saltwater for a week, then take a reading for both phosphate and nitrates.

I wouldn't add a bunch, but a few rocks won't cause any harm.

yeah. I occasionally add new dry rock to my tank with no problems.
