the brown thing is Aiptasia from the looks of it. they wont get much bigger then they are now. it probably was on ur rock when you bought it.

on ur filter socks. how often to you clean them?

definitely aiptasia, you'll want to kill it now before it has a chance to spread. inject it or cover completely with kalk past or epoxy.

various types of feathers are nothing to worry about.
the last pic looks to by cyanobacteria, if its in the filter sock and not the tank, not a big deal.

+3 for aptasia, and from the looks of the pis there is another one down and to the right of the big one.

photo 2 and 3 are unknown to me if you can get a better pic it may be easier

photo 4 is cyano bacteria, if your running a skimmer, I would not use the filter socks unless your cleaning them out daily. they do catch all the solids in the water, but they continue to maintain the nitrate levels in your tank until you clean them out.
