This is just odd! I upgraded to the new 4.12_2a12 version. And now my PH probs seem wrong and do odd things. If I have my CO2 outlet manually set to off for my calcium reactor my PH value/level goes down where it should go up as tank water has a pigher PH level as the reactor. The probe to monitor the calcium reactor is the PH probe from the apex unit, my tank PH probe is the PHx5 from my PM1 unit. The PHx5 is also going down when I manually turn off the CO2 outlet. The probes are also reversed now! Tank PHx5 should be 8.03 Calcium PH should be 6.50 if you look at the graph it shows it wrong. The Apex display shows the values flipped too.

This morning I turned off the CO2 at 6.30am and back on at 10.30am. Just look at the drop.

This is my program for the CO2
Fallback OFF
If pH > 06.68 Then ON
If pH < 06.59 Then OFF
Defer 000:01 Then ON
If Outlet ReturnPump = OFF Then OFF

Also in the probe setup the pH2 is disabled. The other 2 are enabled. And I did successfully calibrate all the probes after I upgrade the firmware.
