I have 28 gallon Nano Cube and I plan to eventually keep soft coral and LPS. How much water circulation should I have? Are the stock return pumps and a Koralia Nano 240 enough to keep these corals happy and healthy?

I'm not sure what you're referring to as a stock return pump. As a starting point I would recommend about 800 gph from all sources. I would shoot for about 150gph thru a sump if you're going to use one and the rest of the flow to come from powerheads. Remember to factor in headloss if you're using a sump and a return pump. The more random flow the better off you will be. Multiple Adjustable powerheads also make fine tuning the flow much easier.

You might want to check out the Nano Reefs (http://reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=75) section of the forum to receive more relatable answers.

There is a couple of folks with threads on the Nano Cube who should help you out.

Go vortech MP10 if you have the extra $. I was using two Koralia pumps and since I switched over to MP40 I will only use this PH for future.

Thanks for the help. I've looked at the MP10 and I think that is what I want, but not what I can afford at the moment. Also thanks for the welcomes, I forgot to say that this is my first saltwater tank. So far it's been awesome, always something new to see. I do have one more question. Does anyone lessen the amount of circulation at night?

Some slow the water movement during feeding depending on the livestock but it's not recommended at night.

The MP10 has a night mode that can be set up, runs the PH at a predetermined speed IIRC. Ran one for a while on a custom 30g.
