Salinity = 1.025

I did a drip acclimation until it was st the same salinity as my tank I took longer than the 30 min recommended in the sticky above as the store had there salinity at 1.020

tell us about your tank... how big? sump? rockwork? Corals? How long was it in the tank? What was it's behavior like before it died?

not because the salinity has reached the same, means the PH has reached also.
how long has the fish been in your tank.

If it was a new addition, I didnt see you say it was... I am curious how long the fish was in the bag? If the fish was in a bag for less than a couple hours you should be able to exceed the 30 minute acclimation by a wide margin. The way I understand it is the 30 minute after opening the bag ammonia issue is when fish have been bagged for a LONG time.

bicolors are just tough fish to keep. dont take the death too hard, chances are it wasnt your fault imo.
