So the Tank is 65L, there is 13 inches from water level down to the bottom. The lamp LEDs are 4 inches above water level.
And the lamp is 110W CREE. I have been running it at 100% but recently bought 2 Acans and they won't open during the day, they do feed at night.
Can it be too much light?
I can dial it down if needed, just don't know how much is enough.
Also, for the above setup, does it make sense to use any lenses or is it for cases when lamp is much higher above water level and light needs to be focused? I'm not using any lenses at the moment, just asking.

Found my PAR readings I took some time ago at max lamp setting:
900 - below surface left
250 - below surface right (air bubbles)
500 - 1/3 from surface left
400 - 1/3 from surface right
250 - 2/3 from surface left
150 - 2/3 from surface right
150 - Bottom front left
80 - Bottom front right
