just got a 125g tank and the tank is already drilled from the bottom but my return line on the right bottom is loose and started leaking when i was filling the tank up. How can i get this fixed or am i screwed? How do i tighten the bulk head because the tank is full of water?

You should just be able to tighten it from the bottom. I'm assuming you can access it from underneath the stand.

You'll want to gently tighten it so you don't crack the tank. No way you can drain the tank?

yeah i can reach it from under the tank. i just filled it with 125g of ro water draining it will be costly.

You shouldn't need to drain. The nut you tighten for the bulkhead should be on the outside (under the tank in your case). As mentioned above, DON'T go crazy on it with a crescent wrench or pliers or you will overtighten and crack the glass.

Are you sure the gasket is in place on the water-side of the fitting?
