Are you dosing any carbon like vinegar, vodka, sugar? To me it looks like bacterial clumps.

I've seen it before: tends to be an issue in new tanks. Not all. Just some. It'll probably go away as the tank matures.

Maybe some kind of hair algae. How longs your tank been up? I see 2x sps... so i thought maybe you were throwing in carbon...

Can you give some tank details, like any measured levels?
