Pinpoint PH probe question

Just purchased a standard Pinpoint PH probe and for the life of me, I can not get it to calibrate properly with my Apex.. My original probe which is also pinpoint and over a year old re-calibrated fine.. Any Ideas.. I'm using 7 & 10 Pinpoint Calibration fluid.

Mine took four tries before I got it.
