I have a 28 gallon bow front tank. I currently have some zoanthids in the tank. I just realized that the guy at my lfs sold me 28 total watt T5 HTO lights. Did I get ripped off? Is this going to keep me from having a wide variety of corals? He told me at the time that the lights he sold me would be fine for most of what he carries...mid range stuff. I want to make sure that this is enough lighting...... Please let me know so that I can take this sucker back if I was sold something that is no good!

Thanks!!!

You mean High Output (HO). If so, on a small tank like that and with a good reflector, you could probably get away with softies and maybe some LPS. But no SPS or clams at all.
