View Full Version : Clownfish with Yellow Third Stripe

A few days ago I spotted this guy at my LFS and immediately snatched it up. The third stripe is yellow which extends through the bottom of the tail. About 1.5"

I found an article about a polymnus with a yellow third stripe last month from iBluewater. He mentioned he sold it to a collector in Europe already.

Mine was in a tank of black polymnus but I'm not completely sure that's what this is. Could be polymnus but I've also been thinking possibly a true sebae.

What do you guys think? I took a few bad pictures and a video to go with it. He's just freaking out since I just put him in the container.

It's a saddleback. I bought one with the same pattern. Eventually the third stripe just disappeared, and it looks like yours is headed in the same direction. Still a very nice fish.
