My reeftank

I have had this tank for about 4 and a half months. So far I have a midas blenny, fire goby, blue green chromis, 3 turbo snails, 1 fighting conch, and 2 cleaner shrimp. I have no corals yet. And puple and green coraline algae is starting to grow. And here are some pics. So what do you think?
