If ur sure cycle has ended do a water change as soon as u can to get ur nitrates down.

Are you taking about curing live rock or just cycling a dead rock tank? The latter wouldn't need a special water change, IMO.

whenever you start to see an increase in nitrates, and/or any increased cyano or green algae growth. Be sure to keep your calcium, alk, mag, and trace elements in check.
