Can you dip live rock?

I'm upgrading to a bigger tank and want to restart everything. I see some flatworms in my current tank and who knows what other pests. I really don't want them in my new tank. Will dipping all my corals and live rock in Coral Rx affect the biological filtration of my live rocks?

I'm not sure, but I'd be ready just in case. Even if the bio-filtration bacteria are fine, there might be enough die-off to cause an ammonia spike. I'd have Amquel or Prime on hand, and water for changes.
