So I am interested in upgrading my Berlin skimmer to something a little better. In my area, there are 2 similarly priced skimmers ($100-120), a nac6 and a nwb150. The kicker is I would have to drive an hour each way to get the nwb 150, and with gas being what it is... Anyway, I have a 55 with a 30 gallon sump. I would like a skimmer that could possible handle a 135, which is my dream tank in a year or two. I will probably add a swabbie shortly.

Any thoughts on the relative merits of the two? Or just wait and get something better?

Thanks for the info. Anything significant about the nac6? I have seen mostly fairly positive reviews.

BM NAC6 nice skimmer, but check out the SC-302 cone skimmer here on RC.

Well, after checking through most of the 1000 posts, I went with the SC-302. Wish me luck, it should arrive next week! It did help my decision that the guys with the used skimmers stopped talking to me.
