need help with bioflotor ph 2000 skimmer

Hello.

I have set ut a new tank, and i have a aqua medic bioflotor ph 2000 skimmer.
When i only have saltwater in the tank, then it skimms perfect.
But when i have added liverock then the skimmer dosent skim the thick bubbles so it came out to the cup.
It have stand like this with live rock and no skimming about 6 days now.

Someone have tips?

Look at the pichture, why have not the skim been prodused yet?

And i have a small plastick plate that i dident know where to put inside the skimmer, look at pichtures
