Ok so for the last few weeks I have been building my 250g basement sump.well tonight I Finally got everything tied in and running. I have 180g dt and approx 250g basement sump. So my question is how do I get rid of my micro bubbles?system doesn't appear to be sucking any air from what I can tell.any ideas? J know I need to slow the water down that is flowing through the sump.

One question why such a big sump how are you heating it ? I have a 100 gal in my basement and it takes a lot to heat it.

I have looked into using tubbing from my hot water heater to run hot water through a plastic coil and use a controller and pump to regulate the temp.

Is your basement not conditioned? When i had my 150 with a 100 gallon rubbermaid and 50 gallon fuge i ran 2 250 watt heaters. And im in Michigan gets pretty cold in these parts lol. And the more sump the better more water volume.
