View Full Version : Aquactinics Solar Flare - FANS???

The fans in my fixture are getting LOUD. Want to replace them, but have no idea if there is a direct replacement. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe there is a coralvue fan replacement? I dunno...

They can be any 12v computer fan. Though you would lose the variable speed, that is not all that neccesary. You could even put your own adjustment on the power supply if you wanted to change fan speed.

You may also be able to find replacements if their are still IceCap fans around:

Do I just cut the old one out? I want them to come on with the lights with a single powercord like they do now...

Can I just cut the wires from the existing fans put some electrical tape over the ends and install these:
