If you look at the bottom left of the rock you will see something coming out of the LR. Not sure what it is but i have several of them all over my tank. Just wanted to know what they are. Sorry for not having a better pic. They appear to be some type of filter feeder. Looks white, grabs food and takes it in the rock and then extends its arms again. Please help with ID. Thanks

It's very difficult to tell from your picture, but it might be forams - foraminiferans, although your description of pulling food back in really doesn't happen. Do a search and see if that's what you have.
As Caronte said, they could be the feeding tentacles of a cucumber. Or, the arms of a mini basket star. The pictures really aren't clear enough to tell.

I would have to say cucumber as well. Someone else had a few of these last month. It's not the cucumber itself, but it's mouth parts that it uses to grab food.
