My home router quit working so I had to get a new one. I now have a Cisco DPC3825. Now I can't seem to get connected to my ACIII over the internet. I did have it working on my old router. I can connect internally on my home network but if I try over internet the connection fails. Any ideas? Not a Network expert but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what is set-up in the ACIII Ethernet Setup
DHCP Disabled
Hostname aqua
AquaController IP Address xxxx
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Gateway xxxxx
Primary DNS Server xxx
Secondary DNS Server xx
HTTP Port (Default 80) 80

On my Cisco DPC3825 I have this set-up:

Port Range Forwarding
Start=Port 80
End=Port 80
Protocol=Both
IP Address=xxxxx
Enable=Yes

Port Range Triggering
Triggered Range Start = 80 End = 80
Forwarded Range Start=80 End=80
Protocol=Both
Enable=Yes

Remove the port triggering rule you created. It's not needed and can conflict with the port forwarding setup.

Thank you so much for the reply. I'll try that when I get home and let you know if it works.

Thanks Russ!
