In buying all of my rock and coral? I'm not sure how to price it as a package and honestly I'm not very interested in parting the collection out as I don't have much time to see customers at the house. There is a ton of coral attached to 61 lbs of live rock. I am starting over and doing some things that I wished I had done from the start. I know that we are supposed to put prices on here but I have no idea where to start but, if the mods need it, I would like to get $600 but make me an offer when you see it. In the interest of full disclosure, I have some common red flatworms that have never caused a problem for me and they are scarse. I also have a ha problem in about 30% of the rock. Regular ha and not bryopsis. Questions....?? The next post will be a list if corals.

Hi Stan, do you want the armor of god rock? That is the easiest of the paly and zoa to get to right now. All the others are on large rocks at the bottom of the reef and will take time to get to. Let me know.

I'll try for the package deal for a few days and then I'll consider parting out. I know that I can make a ton more money by parting out the corals but at this point I am just interested in moving on and starting fresh.

Thanks for all the best wishes and kind words. This was a hard decision to come to. I think I priced it to move but the whole thing at once is going to be a tough sell I'm sure.

bump. All coral still available. Seriously guys/gals, there is at least twice what I am asking for in potential profit here if you frag this stuff up. I am just looking to get rid of it and start over quickly or I would do that myself. Anyone?????

DLANDINO
05/12/2012, 07:08 PM
There is 60 lbs of rock in the tank. At 2$ a lb that is $120. A steal at that price as well. Then, you are getting all of the coral for $480 dollars. I am sure that two of the colonies in there alone are worth between $150-200 each! I wish this deal was around when I was starting out. Let me know if anyone is interested and thanks again for looking.

bump. Anyone interested? Had a deal fall through. Again, all that I require to get this great package for $600 is to pick it up, (rock and coral), all at once and haul it away. I am in the rebuild mindset and am anxious to start. PM's are a must.

Another back out. I thought it was a solid sale this time. Ok, I'm reassessing and MAY consider parting out. The only issue with that is that I would have to work from the top down. Also, many large rocks have many corals on them and not just one colony. What a pain in the *** this is turning into. And, I really am practically giving it away. Anyway, stay tuned and thanks for looking.
