ok so Im running a 75 gallon reef tank with a couple of Corals that are doing fine under my power compacts but I do want to get into the harder corals and Anenome's so Im currently looking at a t5ho fixture thats running at 216w all together it has 4x54w bulbs 2 white 2 blue and has 4x bluemoon LEDs built in with a built in timer as well anyways is that enough lighting to provide for anything btw its a standard 75 gallon standard dimensions.

I would say probably a little on the low end of what you want. I would either add a few more t5s from a diy kit or if you have the cash go led with your t5s for supplement.
