Hi,
I have a LiterMeter and would like to use the high limit sensor with a longer piece of tubing. I understand that it may reduce the sensitivity, but can I just set the sensor tube lower in the sump water?

thanks
Bob

Very recent tests have shown an improvment in the air pressure switches working with longer lengths of tubing. A 10 ft length of tubing makes approx. a 1" difference in turn-on and turn-off levels at the sensor tube of an Liquid Level Controller (LLC). Using a 100 ft. roll of tubing, that difference increased to approx. 1.6", with no change in reliability. If that is acceptable, then go ahead and try it with the length of tubing you have in mind.
