I love my Blue Spot Radiating Urchin (Astropyga radiata), but...

It munches on coral. I didn't take a picture of the other one it munched one, because I was more frustrated by this...

My COMPLETELY eaten acan.

Note to everyone, Astropyga radiata is in NO way, shape, or form reef safe. I called Live Aquaria with this information and they refunded me the $49.99 I paid for him, which is nice, but I have lost more than that with the damage to the corals. They have also changed his reef safe level to "With Caution," which I believe to still not be strong enough warning.

I have since moved all of the frags in my tank to my frag rack, where it has yet to go. I don't want to get rid of it, but I would not advise anyone get this that plans on having a reef tank. I will be eventually moving him to a FOWLR tank when I set one up. Until then, any and all corals are going on frag racks in my tank.

I hope nobody else suffers this same problem.
