I have a Pectinia chalice (my avatar pic) in my tank for about 2 months now and its gotten progressively thicker. wondering if this is a good sign, i've steadily raised calcium / magnesium levels and wondered if this has anything to do with it.
is it a good sign for a chalice to get thick?
thanks

Agreed^.
I would assume this is because the coral is trying to grow in pattern that allows for the betterment of itself long term. Is your pectina in higher flow?
