what is the most blue 250 DE on electronic

what is the most blue 250 DE on electronic ballasts? I've been using the wonderful Phoenix 14k which have a nice blue cast, but would like a deeper appearance.

I used a 20k XM that was hideously blue and with rock that was encased in coralline, it was so purple it looked like Barney relieved himself in my tank. You may also want to check the par output of a 20k bulb compared to the Phoenix, in most cases it is vastly inferior.

I don't mean to be rude - I haven't kept SPS yet, so I may be asking the wrong question, but why would you want to change something so critical to your critter's well being for the sake of aesthetics?

Here is an XM 20k, brace yourself, nor electronic, M80 Hamilton Reefstar. It was more blue until I put the rock in the tank, then it was purple city. If you really want more blue, add a couple ReeBrites in blue.
